EMPHASIZE:
We are all entitled to the same right regardless of our race, gender, political belief etc.
All people should be treated with respect.
Discrimination against groups including women and children is a violation of their rights.
ACTIVITY:
Face to face: Play a charade game.
Zoom: Pictionary.
Activity intructions (charade and pictionary): Invite every class member to write a word or pharse that has to do with equality. Each class member takes a turn acting out a word with no words or sounds. NOTE: This could be a team competition.
PLAN AND ACT:
Write down what you would do to treat others kindly and fairly in the coming week.
REFLECT:
How did you feel at the end of the week about your plan and action? Share your experience.
